1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with Nordicapsule. We want your experience to be as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Nordicapsule is an online fashion store operating from Norway. All orders are fulfilled by our trusted warehouse partners and shipped directly to you — we do not hold physical inventory.

 

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to over 25 countries, including:

        Mexico

Please note: Norway and some other countries may not currently be available as shipping destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to fulfil your order at this time.

 

3. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods (such as holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

United States

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders (UK, Canada, Australia, EU, and others)

Standard delivery: 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

 

Please note that these are estimated timeframes only. Nordicapsule cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — there are no hidden fees.

 

6. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at the email address below.

 

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please follow these steps:

        Check your tracking link for the latest update on your shipment.

        Verify that your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.

        Allow an additional 3–5 business days before contacting us, as carrier delays can occur.

        If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Nordicapsule is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Nordicapsule is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

 

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Nordicapsule has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order.

 

10. Returns & Exchanges

US Orders

If you experience a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will review your case and work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

International Orders

Due to the nature of our fulfilment process, all international orders (outside the United States) are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
